Thank You, God, for blessing me was such a sweet book. I loved that it made the idea of thankfulness simple for young kids. Even though this book is for younger children, like age 1-3--my four & six year old enjoyed it! The adorable caterpillar, Hermie, expresses his thankfulness in ways that was relate able for my four and six year old yet colorfully illustrated for my two year old.
I have added this book by Max Lucado to my list of gifts for new moms and dads. We so often read books to our children about how much we love them, which is powerful in itself, but I love the idea of starting early to teach them about being thankful to our Creator for our life.
I would recommend this book to parents of children ages 0-6 years.
